Navy chief warns of threat to Gibraltar

THE government should do more to make clear it is “unacceptable” for Spanish police vessels to enter the waters around Gibraltar, a former head of the Royal Navy has warned.

Lord West of Spithead said the situation could get as bad as the time 200 years ago when the British seized a Spanish ship.
