Duchess on other side of lens for Borneo photos
Photographs taken by the Duchess of Cambridge on her recent trip to Borneo will be published on her official website this week.
The duchess, who is a keen photographer, took the shots on her own camera during a visit to the Danum Valley Research Station during her Diamond Jubilee tour to south-east Asia and the South Pacific with the Duke of Cambridge.
The couple travelled into the jungle to the research station in the Malaysian state of Sabah where they were hoisted more than 40 metres up into the rainforest canopy to see the eco-system.
They also saw orangutans during their time on the island.
The duchess’s images will be published on www.dukeandduchessofcambridge.org tomorrow.
The trip to Borneo took place at a testing time for the couple, in the midst of the publication of pictures of the duchess sunbathing topless on holiday in France.
A photographic diary of a typical day in the life of Prince William in his role with the RAF’s Search and Rescue Force in Anglesey, Wales, will be published on the site today.
There are no new updates on Prince Harry because of his overseas stint in Afghanistan.
