Actor murdered after police failings

Murder victim Gary Suller was let down by police, a watchdog has ruled.

The actor was repeatedly threatened by violent criminal Barry Bowyer, who murdered Mr Suller despite the fact the kindly actor reported his fears to police several times.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission ruled Mr Suller’s faith in Gwent Police had been misplaced.
