Bus death crash ‘caused by ice’

A BUS crash that claimed the life of Natasha Paton, 17, could have been caused by black ice, a fatal accident inquiry has heard.

A crash investigator said he felt untreated ice was the only possible explanation for the bus losing control and hitting a bridge on the A73 near Biggar.
