SPL Fanzone: Aberdeen
SATURDAY’S non-event of a match at Easter Road extended our unbeaten run to eight games.
At the time of writing, please God, that will be nine following last night’s banana-skin trip down to the deep south. No-one would claim we are setting the heather alight at the moment but hopefully the steady progress will continue and we can edge our way back into and up the top six.
Congratulations to Craig Brown for what was, by his own admission, a slightly fortunate manager of the month award in what was clearly a “we can’t give this to Lennon again it’s getting boring” move. We have the two Saints home and away to complete the February and should be looking for a minimum of four points before the champions-elect come calling on the first Saturday in March.
