Frankel not short of admirers at stud

WITH love in the air on Valentine’s Day, what better date for the great Frankel to begin his new career at stud?

The highest rated racehorse in the world, who won all 14 of his races for Sir Henry Cecil, starts his lucrative stallion career at Banstead Manor near Newmarket and, if he’s up to the job, will earn £15 million a season “covering” 120 mares at £125,000 a time. To mark the occasion, Racing for Change – who promote horseracing in Britain – have produced a cheeky Valentine’s card with the handsome Frankel on the cover along with the message “Fancy a roll in the hay?”
