Russell heading to Switzerland on a roll

CHALLENGE TOUR: Raymond Russell, the Challenge Tour’s most recent winner following his victory in Italy two weeks ago, enters this week’s Credit Suisse Challenge eyeing another win and says that he remains completely focused on the ultimate goal of a European Tour card.

The East Lothian golfer claimed his maiden Challenge Tour title at the Challenge Provincia di Varese a fortnight ago and returns to action this week at Golf Sempachersee, near Lucerne in Switzerland.

Other Scots in the field include Chris Doak as well as Callum Macaulay, Scott Henry and Jamie McLeary.

They are joined by seven players who have won on the Challenge Tour this year – Phillip Archer, Seve Benson, Marco Crespi, Eduardo De La Riva, Max Kieffer, Eddie Pepperell and Gary Stal.
