SPL Fanzone: Hibernian

THERE may not be sunshine on Leith yet but the clouds are certainly beginning to disperse.

Another decent performance on Saturday against Aberdeen was only disappointing in that we failed to take all three points. We had yet another player making his debut at the weekend and Jorge Claros showed enough to suggest he could prove very influential in midfield for the rest of the season. It’s been a while since we had a midfielder who looked so comfortable on the ball. Our side now is totally unrecognisable from the shambolic set-up we endured under Colin Calderwood. One pleasant surprise in recent matches has been the performances of Lewis Stevenson. He’s always been one of our harder-working players but now he seems to be playing more to his own strengths to influence games. It’s a further sign that things are now going right behind the scenes at Easter Road.
