Pensioner struck by car in Elgin dies in hospital

A PENSIONER who was hit by a car has died a month after the collision. Robert Burns, 78, was taken to hospital after being struck by a Mitsubishi L200 in Elgin, Moray, on 11 October.

The OAP suffered minor injuries but died yesterday after his condition deteriorated.
