With entries not closing until September 30, 2012 there is still time to enter this year’s contest where you could win £500 worth of photography vouchers, one year of Historic Scotland Membership and a unique experience on location with a Scotsman photographer.

This week’s featured entries are:

Elgin Cathedral, Scott Marshall

Threave Castle, Allan Smith

Linlithgow Palace, Alan Nimmo

Castle Campbell, George Cairns

Blackness Castle, Andrew Jack

Ruthven Barracks, Paul Russell

Kilchurn Castle, Duncan Lamont

Edinburgh_Castle, Robin Chapman

Smailholm Tower, Maria Gaellman
