Emeli Sande on Danny Boyle film Trance soundtrack

FILMMAKER Danny Boyle is reuniting with some of the stars who helped deliver the London 2012 Olympic opening ceremony.

The Slumdog Millionaire and Trainspotting director has teamed up with Underworld’s Rick Smith and Scottish star Emeli Sandé for the soundtrack of his new film, Trance.

Smith, who masterminded the music for the Olympic ceremony, wrote the original score for the thriller. Brit Award winner Sandé, who performed at London 2012, sings on and co-wrote one of the tracks.

Trance, starring James Mc-Avoy, is the story of an auctioneer and a criminal gang who join forces with a hypnotherapist.
