Cypriots unite: Turks’ farewell to Rauf Denktash

TURKISH soldiers led the funeral procession of Turkish Cypriot leader Rauf Denktash yesterday through the streets of Nicosia.
Mr Denktash died last week aged 87. He led the Turkish half of the island, which remains split between Greeks in the south and Turks in the north.
