Boy, 14, dies after slipping from fence

A TEENAGE schoolboy has died after falling while climbing a fence on a family holiday in Perthshire.

Phillip Collins, 14, from Stenhousemuir, near Falkirk, is understood to have slipped and struck his head on the ground as he climbed over a fence at Perth Racecourse last Friday.

He was declared dead at the scene. Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.
