Courting comment You report (31 August) that the present chief executive of the Scottish Court Service, Eleanor Emberson, has been appointed head of the new tax collection regency Revenue Scotland. Later in the same edition, I read that the Scottish Court Service has  £17.9 million of unpaid fines outstanding over the past four years. No reward for failure then?
