I SHARE Paul Davies’s confusion (Letters, 6 April) about Royal Mail’s seemingly illogical system for people picking up missed mail from faraway offices. Will the company be responding in these pages? I hope so. If not, frankly, it will look like it just doesn’t care about its customers.
