Korean nuclear chief to visit US

North Korea’s top nuclear negotiator will visit the United States next week after reaching a new nuclear agreement with Washington.

Ri Yong-ho’s visit comes after the deal, which calls for the US to provide food aid in exchange for a suspension of uranium enrichment and a moratorium on nuclear and long-range-missile tests by North Korea.
