Warning over killer fake cigarettes

AN INTERNATIONAL crime expert has warned the Scottish Government’s plans to alter tobacco packaging could put smokers at risk from killer fake cigarettes.

Roy Ramm, former commander of specialist operations at New Scotland Yard, said unbranded boxes could open the door to smugglers.
