Merry tidings for under–fire Tenon
ACCOUNTANCY firm RSM Tenon yesterday chose former Maxtrix brokerage boss Chris Merry as its chief executive to lead a turnaround strategy.
Merry replaces Andy Raynor, who stood down last month following a profits warning. The London-listed accountant’s biggest shareholders have called for an emergency £20 million rights issue to help repair its balance sheet.
Adrian Martin, who had been acting as interim chief executive, steps back into his role as chairman, which he assumed last month following the departure of Bob Morton,
