Jamie Pollock, Loanhead: "We did very well to win against a very defensive Falkirk team, and I would give man of the match to Derek Riordan for two great goals."
John Verey, Leith: "I didn't think Falkirk did enough to get anything from the game, we bossed the game and won easily. Ian Murray for man of the match."
Rab Henderson, Leith: "We won another game without playing well, just wait till we hit form then someone is going to get a right good stuffing."
Donald Johnston, Leith: "Clean sheet and two cracking goals from Deek, easy win as they showed nothing up front. We deserved it."
John Kennedy, Abbeyhill: "We won even with Ma-Kalambay back in goals for the second half. We made it hard for ourselves though by passing up a few chances. The best player would be Riordan, two wonderful finishes from him and he had a magnificent game."
Peter Chakravorty, Musselburgh: "I'm still waiting for the great football to start but I'm not complaining that we are winning ugly."
Mark Mullen, Northfield: "A potential banana skin but we came out with the spoils – it was great stuff from Hibs to win again."
John Laidlaw, Gilmerton: "The players need some more belief in themselves as I thought we held back and could have given them a right good hammering if Hughes had been a bit more positive and moved Nish and Stokes closer together right up top."
John Murray, Leith: "Hughes is doing a brilliant job as manager, we scored two great goals, thanks to Deek but the man of the match was Ian Murray who gave 200 per cent which allowed us to get three points on the board."
Neil Scott, Corstorphine: "I thought we played well enough to deserve the points but I still think there is a lot more to come from us. It was a magic pass for the second goal by Wotherspoon and how good was the finish from Riordan?"
Jim Neil, Musselburgh: "The second half was poor but we won so who will care? The man of the match was Riordan for his two goals."
Lewis Christie, Hyvots Bank: "It was supposed to be a walkover today but we made heavy weather of it. It wasn't lucky but we got the result without playing that well."
James Christie, Hyvots Bank: "I enjoyed the game and the two goals were from the top drawer. Three more points on our march to the league title, I can only dream."
Kevin Gibb, Livingston: "A lot of fans were complaining around me about how we played out there but we won so that shuts them up. We are doing well so these fans should really shut up and enjoy the feeling of being very near the top of the SPL."
R Ogura, Dunfermline: "Most of the Hibs players' performances were great and I hope my favourite player, Colin Nish, scores next week, as he gave an excellent performance."
