You're the Boss
FOR Iain McIntosh, Hibs need to get a new manager immediately to progress – and, until then, the 32-year-old Leith joiner feels the team will struggle.
What would your team and formation be? I would go with the same starting line-up as against Rangers. Not for any other reason than that I think we'll continue to struggle until we get some proper leadership in the form of a new boss. The players are too aimless at the moment.
What are St Mirren's strengths and weaknesses? I wouldn't say they've got that many great strengths – they've got some results this season but any win has generally just been by an odd goal, like they did when they visited Easter Road last time. I rate striker Craig Dargo though and, if he starts for them, he'll cause problems. In terms of weaknesses their squad is a bit tight and you wonder whether they have the money to bring anyone else in.
How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? We might give them another strength if we play like we have over the last couple of weeks so you'd have to hope the players will screw the nut for once. We are very light up front though and need cover for Steven Fletcher but whether we get that in time for tomorrow is doubtful!
What do Hibs have to do to win the game? Ideally, appoint Mixu Paatelainen as manager before the game and give the players a bit of a push as, if we have the same approach as against Rangers, I can see us getting nothing yet again.
