West Brom player, Joe Mattoc, spared jail term
WEST BROM player Joe Mattoc walked free from court yesterday after admitting lashing out at four people in a nightclub.
Mattock, 20, was given a ten-month sentence, suspended for two years, and ordered to do 150 hours unpaid work for punching two men and two women in Liquid Envy in Leicester last August. Leicester Crown Court heard that Mattock hit out after he was given "grief" over a 1 million transfer from Leicester.
