UK Sport director Keen for success
UK Sport director of performance Peter Keen has backed British athletes to flourish at London 2012 despite the heightened expectation of a home crowd.
Keen insists Olympic and Paralympic athletes were "on course" to achieve their goals. "It sort of feels there is a lot of pressure on athletes when you see it from where we sit," he said."But I think the true reality of whether a medal will be won or not is in the moment, the space an athlete is in just before the finals."
