Steven Pressley's Falkirk enter crucial run of games
FALKIRK boss Steven Pressley has endured a difficult start to his managerial career with a victory over Aberdeen coming in the midst of three defeats against top-six opposition.
So he could be forgiven for targeting the next three matches as the key to overturning their three-point deficit at the foot of the table.
Falkirk host St Johnstone tomorrow before facing Hamilton and the Perth side again. However, Pressley is adamant that his side should look to take points from every game and not focus on specific fixtures.
"Every game we play we want to win," he said. "I don't look at any particular game and say 'yes, this is a game we should get three points from'. "We must try to achieve three points whether it's Celtic, Rangers or Dundee United."
St Mirren prepare to face fellow strugglers Hamilton for the second time in a few weeks as both bid to pull further away from Falkirk.
And Buddies boss Gus MacPherson is desperate for a win after the spoils were shared in a dismal game last time.
"It's a vital game," he said. "We came up against each other a few weeks ago and it was a poor game but it was a point apiece. Three points is vital at this stage in the season."
