SPL Fanzone: Hibs

IT was a far from convincing performance on Saturday, although ultimately the late show was good enough to keep us in second going into the derby.

Probably the biggest talking points were not the goals, but the red cards dished out and the after-match bleating from Aberdeen. On reflection it's hard to see just how the Dons can complain too much, but even their official website got in on the act with a hefty dose of sour grapes flung in to their report. Sadly, it seems Aberdeen are catching up with Hearts in the 'chip on the shoulder' stakes! And so on to Saturday lunchtime and the chance for Hibs to go a massive 14 points ahead of their wee team rivals. While confidence is high, this is a game we never take for granted. I'll have another 1-0 win please and will enjoy my afternoon drinks with a smile.
