SPL Fanzone: Hamilton Accies

ACCIES played poorly on Saturday yet gained a rare point at Perth. St Johnstone have had plenty of praise for their attacking style, but it looked to me that every time they got the ball in a decent position they launched it in the direction of Kenny Deuchar's napper. Billy Reid knew this would happen, played three centre halves and Deuchar's danger was largely nullified. Accies could have nicked the points near the end, but that would have been rough on a hard-working Saints team.

We now play Hearts on Sunday and, although they beat Killie at the weekend, this isn't the Hearts team of old. It would be brilliant to get the points this weekend, and, if Accies can play like they did against Motherwell and Falkirk, they may do just that. Accies are more settled after their poor start and it's time they climbed a bit further up the table.
