Snooker: Leslie powers into U19 final
BONNYRIGG snooker star Michael Leslie produced another fine performance at Glasgow's Q Club to reach the final of Event 4 of the Scottish under 19 series.
Leslie, who has now reached the final of all four events this season, qualified from his group before defeating Alistair Bayne of Clydebank 3-1 in the quarter finals and then whitewashing Thomas McLeod of Dunfermline.
Leslie will meet East of Scotland Champion Eden Sharav of Alloa. who produced a superb performance to whitewash No.1 seed Anthony McGill in the quarter-finals before seeing off fellow Alloa player Michael Polley in the semi-finals.
The final will take place at The Creamery in Falkirk tomorrow at 8pm. It will be best of seven frames and spectators are welcome.
