Rugby: Heriot’s cup game switch
Heriot’s will tonight attempt to take another step towards a third Scottish rugby cup win when they tackle Haddington in a sectional match switched to Meggetland because Goldenacre has no floodlights (kick off 7.30pm).
Having already overcome Edinburgh Accies, a victory would progress Heriot’s to a derby clash with Currie at home on Saturday.
Haddington’s previous match resulted in a heavy defeat at home to Edinburgh Accies and they will do well to halt a Heriot’s side who found form with a 12-try victory over Hamilton in Premier Group B at the weekend.
