Edinburgh to kick off Heineken Cup campaign against Saracens at Murrayfield

EDINBURGH Rugby will begin their new Heineken Cup campaign with a home tie against Saracens after the fixtures were confirmed today.

The Murrayfield match will take place on Saturday, October 13 with a 1.35pm kick-off and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Edinburgh then travel to Thomond Park in Limerick to face Munster on Sunday, October 21 with a 12.45pm kick-off, also live on Sky Sports.

Other Edinburgh Heineken Cup fixtures:

Saturday December 8: Racing Metro v Edinburgh (kick-off 7pm local time).

Friday, December 14: Racing Metro v Edinburgh (8pm kick-off).

Edinburgh v Munster to be played weekend of January 11-13, 2013.

Saracens v Edinburgh to be played weekend of January 18-20, 2013.
