GLASGOW Warriors full back Peter Murchie will make his first appearance in over four months tomorrow when he starts for Gregor Townsend’s side against Leinster.
Scotland squad members Tim Swinson, Jonny Gray, Tommy Seymour, Pat MacArthur and Chris Cusiter all start for the Warriors against the side currently second in the RaboDirect PRO12.
28-year-old Murchie lines up alongside Scotland winger Seymour, with Fijian Niko Matawalu completing the back three.
Finn Russell partners Richie Vernon in the centres, and Swinson packs down in the second-row alongside Gray.
Warriors head coach Gregor Townsend said: “We were very disappointed to lose at the Dragons last weekend and we’ll need a much better performance tomorrow night in Dublin.
“Leinster are one of the top teams in the league and are the defending champions, so this game will give us a good indication of where we are as a team.
“It’s great to have Peter back involved again after his injury lay-off. Our recent encounters have all been very close and we’re expecting another tight match tomorrow night.”
