Replays add to the SPL's fixture pile-up
Celtic's postponed Scottish Cup quarter-final against Inverness has been rescheduled for Wednesday night.
The match, called off after an 8am pitch inspection at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium yesterday, means that Hibs' SPL clash with the Hoops scheduled to be played this midweek, will have to be rescheduled for another date.
With the Scottish Cup semi-final draw due to be made today, there will be a somewhat "maybes aye, maybes naw" look about it, with all four quarter-finals not yet decided.
What is for sure, though, is that there will be a long wait for that draw to be finalised. St Johnstone's replay against Brechin to be played a week tomorrow, while Motherwell must wait until March 29 for another crack at holders Dundee United.
