Reid confident Hamilton can keep Falkirk waiting
BILLY Reid insists he has no fears about Hamilton becoming the first team to succumb to bottom side Falkirk this season.
He knows Eddie May's men will be desperate to pick up their first victory in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League this term and will view the match with nearest rivals Accies as the perfect opportunity. A win for Falkirk would also allow them to haul themselves to within a point of Hamilton but Reid says he has every confidence in his own players to come out on top.
He said: "If they beat us it's because they deserve to beat us. But we don't go there with any fears. That's no disrespect to them and we will give them the respect they deserve. But I believe I have the players who can win the game if we play to our potential."
Meanwhile, Falkirk have seven players missing for the game but new signing Pedro Pele will be on the bench. Alex MacDonald (groin), Sean Lynch (hamstring) and Mark Stewart (stomach) have been added to the injury list.
They join Jackie McNamara, Kjartan Finnbogason (both knee), Burton O'Brien (hernia) and Tam Scobbie (pelvis).
