Dennis Rodman on a high in North Korea

FORMER NBA star Dennis Rodman is touring North Korea’s monuments. State TV yesterday showed Rodman looking at buildings in Pyongyang and he later met Kim Jong Un, telling the leader: “You have a friend for life.”

North Korea’s official news agency said Rodman visited a palace where founder Kim Il Sung and his son Kim Jong Il lie in state, and said he paid “high tribute”. Rodman is joining three members of the Harlem Globetrotters basketball team in a news show on North Korea that will air on HBO this year.
