Murray signs with Adidas
ANDY Murray has signed a new kit deal with Adidas, which will take effect from the start of 2010. The world No 4 currently wears Fred Perry-branded sportswear but has agreed a deal reportedly worth £3 million a year, and due to last until 2015, with the German sportswear giants.
Murray said: "Joining a list of stars who have worn the brand, including Muhammad Ali and David Beckham, is an honour."
He will wear the kit in competition for the first time at the Hopman Cup in January.
Murray beat Spanish wildcard Daniel Gimeno-Traver 6-3, 6-1 in the first round of the Valencia Open yesterday.
