Nesbitt gears up for Jim Clark rally
THREE-TIMES champion Andrew Nesbitt will be the man to beat when the Jim Clark International Rally hosts the latest rounds of the Kwik-Fit Pirelli British and County Saab Scottish Championships this weekend.
The event, which will be staged on the normally-quiet country lanes around Kelso and Duns, will see the international field cover 21 timed-to-the-second stages.
The three men most likely to overhaul Nesbitt are Irishman Austin MacHale, Welshman Seb Ling and Welsh-based Manxman Mark Higgins, who won the Pirelli and Scottish just three weeks ago.
