Hearts' Larry's in the running for visit of Saints

HEARTS boss Csaba Laszlo is hoping to have midfielder Laryea Kingston available for the Tynecastle clash with St Johnstone on Saturday week.

Kingston was left out of Ghana's squad for their final World Cup qualifier against Mali this weekend after suffering a hamstring injury when he came on as a substitute in the 1-1 draw with Aberdeen at Pittodrie last month.

The good news, though, is that it's not the same hamstring that has given Kingston problems so far this season.

And, with Laszlo hoping to have the player back in training in the next few days, there's a chance he could come into the reckoning for the visit of St Johnstone. Jamie Mole, who came in from the cold to make his first appearance of the season as a second-half substitute in the draw with Hibs last weekend, will also be hoping to stay in the frame for that match.

The Englishman sat out training earlier in the week after taking a knock in the derby but he was expected to be back training today.

Meanwhile, Hearts have been boosted by the news that four of the club's rising stars – Jack Hamilton, Scott Campbell, Ryan Carnwath and Dale Carrick – have been included in the Scotland squad for the Victory Shield clash against England at Tynecastle on 26 November (7.40pm kick-off).
