Harmison traps Hughes again
STEVE Harmison gave another prod to watching England selector Geoff Miller as he dismissed Australian opener Phillip Hughes cheaply for the second time in the tourists' warm-up match with England Lions at New Road.
The Durham paceman accounted for the 20-year-old with a short pitched delivery in the first innings for seven, and yesterday forced Hughes into gloving a rising ball to second slip. All-rounder Marcus North did find some form for the tourists as he finished unbeaten on 106 out of 276 for four.
England's top order batsmen, with the exception of Kevin Pietersen, all gained valuable time in the middle in their drawn practice match against Warwickshire, Ravi Bopara retiring with another century to his name.
