The FP side won 6 and 5 over the double foursome to set up a last-four clash with Buckstone Golf Club, who progressed with a 4 and 3 win over Caermount.
Thorntree, who beat Edinburgh City Chambers 9 and 8, meet Ethicon, 4 and 3 winners over Cramond, in the other semi- final.
