Gillingham can home in on cup win over Burton
THE second round of the FA Cup hardly sets the pulse soaring, however it should pay to entrust League One Gillingham to beat Burton Albion at 8-13.
The Gills have turned their home ground Priestfield into a fortress this season, and they come into this tie fresh from their midweek victory over the previously in-form Yeovil, the winning goal coming from the much-coveted Simeon Jackson.
Burton have found life increasingly difficult after stepping up from the Conference. Their last two away games have ended in defeat, and while you may argue that's not the end of the world – it is if it's at Darlington and Crewe. I am pretty confident they wont be in the hat for the third round.
For the Yankee, add Fulham to beat Bolton (21-20); QPR to defeat Coventry (4-6) and Queen of the South, who are a best-priced 4-5, to win at Airdrie United.
The away bet Swindon (19-20 with William Hill) should win at non-league Wrexham. They accounted for high- flying Huddersfield in midweek, and possess the confidence and ability to progress to avoid John Motson's banana-skin cliche.
