CELTIC’s star midfielder Victor Wanyama will attract a number of offers from top sides in Europe this summer, according to Juventus ace Andrea Pirlo.
Pirlo, speaking ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League second leg in Turin, said the Kenyan was more than capable of performing at the top level.
Pirlo said: “You can see he has the ability to be one of the top midfielders in Europe.
“He has the quality and physical attributes to boss games.
“In the summer I would expect there to be interest in him from some of the biggest teams in Europe.”
Wanyama has been linked to a number of clubs across the continent, and Neil Lennon has valued the midfielder at £25million.
Meanwhile Mirko Vucinic has started the mind games ahead of Wednesday’s game, saying that “the tie is already over”.
Vucinic said: “Celtic cannot overcome a 3-0 deficit and we’re totally calm ahead of the second leg.”
