Jefferies confirms there's no way back for Locke at Killie
THE SCOTSMAN: Jim Jefferies fears Kilmarnock's loss will be another club's gain after being told there is no way back for Gary Locke. Their former captain retired at the end of last season and the 34-year-old Locke was set to remain at Rugby Park in a coaching capacity to support Jefferies and his assistant Billy Brown.

Marco Paixao finally joins his twin at Accies
THE SCOTSMAN: Hamilton have completed the signing of Marco Paixao, two weeks after announcing the capture of the Portuguese striker and his twin brother. Accies thought they had snapped up the pair but hit problems trying to finalise a deal with Marco when his former club CyD Leonesa refused to release him from his contract.
