The Anorak: Den holds no fears for 9-5 Brighton
Gus Poyet has Brighton playing some beautiful football and they can account for Millwall at The Den today.
The Seagulls finished in the top half of the Championship last season and have made some clever additions such as Wayne Bridge, Dean Hammond and the highly skilful Spanish winger Bruno who supplies the crosses for Craig Mackail-Smith – the Scotland striker has five league goals already. It seems this season The Den’s intimidating atmosphere has had more effect on the home players as they have folded tamely to Hull and Cardiff in recent weeks, and it could be the same story here against a Brighton side who beat Watford away in midweek and thumped Sheffield Wednesday before that. They look today’s best bet at 9-5 with Betvictor.
Nottingham Forest look to have a decent shout at Leeds, who will be without Ross McCormack for eight weeks (21-10 Paddy Power), while strong home side Derby County should shade Burnley, who have lost all three away games, at 5-4 with Corals. Swindon at evens with Corals are also fancied to beat Bournemouth at even money (Corals).
