STV to show Celtic-Juventus

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: 
STV announced last night that it has won the rights to broadcast Celtic’s last-16 Champions League first-leg match against Juventus on Tuesday 12 February.

STV announced last night that it has won the rights to broadcast Celtic’s last-16 Champions League first-leg match against Juventus on Tuesday 12 February.

Former Celtic striker Henrik Larsson and Everton manager David Moyes will be pitchside, alongside STV sports presenter Raman Bhardwaj before and after the match to analyse the action, with Derek Rae and Alan Brazil in the commentary box. The programme runs from 7.30pm to 10pm, with the match kicking off at 7,45pm.

STV will also broadcast a special half-hour preview show to chart Celtic’s journey to the last 16. UEFA Champions League Special will be on air from 11.05pm on Monday, 11 February, with Italian sports journalist Gabriele Marcotti and Dundee United manager Jackie McNamara joining Bhardwaj to look ahead to the match.
