SPL Fanzone: Inverness CT
With the SPL dithering over the kick-off time for our fixture in Perth it is a bit of surprise that there were any fans there at all.
Fair play to St Johnstone though for reducing admission prices for this game in an effort to get folk in the ground. It was the Saints who spoilt our magnificent away run earlier this year and we had a score to settle. It wasn't going to be easy without the suspended Ross Tokely and Stuart Duff but this gave the opportunity for others to fill their boots and stake a claim for places next season. Not making the top six was a disappointment but Terry Butcher's remit is now to finish as "best of the rest" and what a way to start. The was a fine away day performance and shows the passion is still there despite it being a "meaningless" game.
