Rudi Skacel and John Sutton to leave Hearts
John Sutton
HEARTS have advised striker John Sutton to leave Tynecastle on loan before the end of the month, with Rudi Skacel also on his way out of the Edinburgh club.
Although Sutton is keen to fight for a first-team place, he has reluctantly accepted that a loan move would guarantee regular football since he is out of favour with manager Paulo Sergio.
Preston North End are one of several English clubs interested in the 28-year-old alongside Kilmarnock, St Mirren and Dunfermline in the SPL. Aberdeen are also monitoring the situation.
Sutton was told during training at Riccarton yesterday that Hearts are keen for him to move on loan after receiving interest from a number of clubs. The Englishman signed a three-year contract upon his arrival at Hearts last summer but has been unable to establish himself since Sergio replaced Jim Jefferies as manager in August.
Skacel is due to discuss his future with club officials as his contract nears expiry, however the Evening News has learned he will not be offered an extension on his existing terms.
Crawley Town are keen to sign the Czech Republic internationalist but he is reluctant to play in League Two in England and is likely to reject any offer from the West Sussex club.
Both Sutton and Skacel contributed heavily to the New Year Edinburgh derby victory over Hibs on Monday, with Sutton setting up two goals and Skacel scoring one in the 3-1 win at Easter Road. However, both players now seem to have their days at Tynecastle numbered.
Meanwhile, Hearts defender Ryan McGowan has been offered a two-game suspension by the Scottish Football Association for violent conduct during the encounter with Hibs.
The Australian is to be punished for pushing his head into Ivan Sproule after being fouled by the Hibs winger. He has the right to appeal before 3pm today.
Vladimir Romanov, Hearts’ majority shareholder, yesterday posted another blistering attack on the media on the club website. He claimed he had not cheated anyone over delayed wages and again hinted at media conspiracy.
“I thought I had expressed myself clearly - I am selling the club and I am not going to give any more money away,” said Romanov. “It is pointless to support show business, not football. Hearts is now living out of its own budget.
“Everyone knew, including players, media and SPL that the wages are going to be paid as soon as the money was received for Eggert Jonsson, who was sold last year. But media still tried to create conspiracy plots about the team and managed to get a prompt and unwise decision from the SPL meeting, which the club asked it to postpone until next week in order to get opportunity to pay the wages.
“As such I have not cheated anyone. The monkeys tricked the SPL, fans and themselves and showed who is in charge of the football mafia. They will continue to cheat as this is their job.
“I am used to their lies. I remember when the fight started between two people at the end of one of our AGMs and all the cameras were there as they were expecting it. Later that episode was covered by all major stations as backdrop of the AGM, trying to portray the club as a mess.
“I feel sorry for the poor monkeys. Mowgli is asking to work for the publicity of the Old Firm, that’s why they have to lie and tell tall stories. But there is no future for Scottish football while these media monkeys are in charge. Not just for football, but for the whole country.
“When people tried to protest in the streets, media turned it into chaos, demonstrating masked instigators and hired gangsters in front of the cameras. I have nothing to prove. Seven years ago I proved that there was no football, but only show business.”

Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 12:57 PM#118 repeat all you want, after all it is only your opinion which carries no respect from me and is anything but accurate. I am content for you to rave on until the demise of your club, whenever that might be, as long as you cease referring to me in a derogatory manner in your posts. If you don't I'll take appropriate action. It's up to you maybe you should take the easy way out when offered.

Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 11:38 AM#114 Grateful if you would cease making assumptions about me in the third party on a public forum. In saying that I did agree with a lot of what Maroon said on the potential investment available for the Hearts squad of the future and said so. He made valid points but does not need me to justify his comments,he has demonstrated well capable of dealing with you. Not surprised you are sticking to your normal game plan on here. Posts you misunderstand or misinterpret but which you decide to disagree with regardless because they perhaps highlight negatives with Hearts are met initially with incorrect allegations against the writer and if that does not do the trick, personal abuse starts and then the ultimate 'threat' of offering to meet to 'discuss'. You must have something lacking if you are prepared to confront any unknown face to face or you are all hot air , I suspect the latter. No matter as long as you cease referring to me I am content, although Johnston press could do others a favour by permanently removing you from their site.

Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 11:18 AMHere is my post you decided to respond by way of an abusive rant.#40 Maroon P.....can you define the INVESTMENTS Hearts will not be making that other SPL clubs are? As far as i can see we are about to revert to a policy of 'investing' in youth...... eg I believe )based on watching them) that McGowan.... Robinson..... Denis P.....Gordon Smith...... McHattie..... Colin Hamilton...... Jason Holt..... D Smith.... Jamie Walker etc are exactly what HEARTS are & should be investing in and that they have the same potential as Wallace: Berra etc. In fact i 100% disagree with you.....previously we were devaluing said investments by blocking their path to the 1st team & maximising their values by procuring expensive players........ polite & civil.....court the TT's etc all you like.....try & misrepresent me as opposed to answering me ......but mouthing off changes nothing.....u have NOT responded to my inutial question. Either do so in the civil manner that it was put or confirm what I already know ...IE that you lack the manners & basic intelligence to respond. Mouthing off will not alter that. Nor will the support of TT, Hannon ,the Special one or Baldrick(as he thought your post was a Hibs man on the wind up). A Civil Questuion backed up deserves a civil answer not abuse.

Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 10:10 AMTOTT read this and please learn that I do not wish to converse with you: I've told you before I am not NJ - if your sad enough to trawl back through archives I used to chat with NJ. I've used these boards for years. Also about your claim I am abusive - nope, your just defensive ALL THE TIME. And as for "you had the option to back up your claims"... Who the he'll do you think you are? I've told you - I STATED WHICH INVESTMENTS in the the original posts. I asked you why you manage to fall out with people daily? You didn't reply. CONCLUSION you don't answer questions and when people answer you, you make out they have not. Anyone seeing the pattern here? A very clever rouse but TOTT and Tommy Tommy have the perfect game for daily fights - they are the same person. TOTT - like I said, I tend to leave you to your own devices here - learn to be civil enough to be as kind in return.

Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 09:53 AMBTW....i will meet you at any home game, away game or 19's game assuming like me you do watch Hearts to discuss Hearts. You can repeat your personal abuse face to face at the same time. You failed to answer if you were NJ...if U R then no suprise you pick every negative & ignore any positives. However TT & hannon think you are a great guy!!!!!!

Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 09:42 AMMP...... i answered u civilly....picking holes in a post full of holes......you had the option of backing your points up but you chose to respond in an abusive manner. No suprise those u found favour with......another Hearts supporter thought U were a Hibs fan on the wind up..... Baldrick also thinks i am a Hibs man.....that'll be because I object to his bigotry.....Tommy T thinks U R a star. Need I say more!
