More call-offs as snow hits Scottish football card

SCOTTISH Cup fourth round ties at Queen of the South, Morton and Falkirk were called off today as the weather continued to play havoc with the weekend football card.

The third-round replay between Threave Rovers and Stenhousemuir has been called off once again.

Tomorrow's cup match between Hearts and St Johnstone at Tynecastle is also postponed due to burst pipes.

In the Scottish Football League, four of the scheduled matches are off - at Stirling Albion, Dumbarton, Albion Rovers and Clyde.

Falkirk's fourth-round tie against Partick Thistle has been rearranged for Tuesday 11 January, kick-off 7.45pm, as has the Hearts game, although it starts 15 minutes earlier.
