Dalkeith’s new boys to face Berwick

A NEW-LOOK Dalkeith Thistle face a Berwick Rangers XI home tomorrow as they target a possible place in next season’s Super League.

Boss Willie Pearson steered his side to the only promotion spot in the South Division last season and although life in the Premier League is a new challenge, everyone at Kings Park is keen to see just how far this team can go.

Pearson has added three Bonnyrigg Rose under 21s to the squad: Ricky Ramsay, Darren Flynn and Johnny Kelly.

Musselburgh travel to Newbattle for their game against Easthouses with a 2pm kick-off, newly promoted Broxburn face Pumpherston, (2pm) and Newtongrange, will have their new signings turning out against Edinburgh University at Peffermill. Penicuik are at home to Peebles Rovers.

Arniston face recently relegated Bathgate who have signed the Berwick Rangers and Raith Rovers striker, Alan Brazil, while Tranent, face newly promoted to the Super League, Sauchie in what promises to be a cracker.
