CELTIC goalkeeper Fraser Forster has been included in the England squad to face San Marino and Montenegro in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

The highly-rated stopper was included in the England squad to face San Marino and Poland last October, but pulled out through injury.

He was also part of the set-up prior to England’s friendly match with Sweden, but was an unused sub in the 4-2 defeat, and is yet to make an appearance at international level.

Praised for his performances between the sticks for Celtic in the Champions League, it is widely expected that Forster will challenge Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart for the number one jersey, with Ben Foster named as the third choice keeper.
