Rangers supporters voted captain Lee Wallace as the club’s Player of the Year at the end-of-season awards ceremony.
The honour bodes well for Wallace, who is in contention for the Championship player award along with team-mate Martyn Waghorn and Hibs’ duo John McGinn and Jason Cummings.
It was the second award the skipper picked up on the night after he was honoured with the John Greig Achievement Award.
Waghorn managed to beat out his team-mate for the other club Player of the Year award, voted for by the Rangers squad.
James Tavernier took home the award for Goal of the Season for his strike in the Petrofac Training Cup final against Peterhead, while winger Barrie McKay was named Young Player of the Year.
