Celtic sign Jozo Simunovic for £5.5 million

CELTIC look set to conclude their transfer business ahead of deadline day by signing Croatian defender Jozo Simunovic for £5.5 million.

Parkhead bosses have reportedly finalised the move for Simunovic, which could see the Dinamo Zagreb star arrive in Glasgow today.

Celtic apparently started to target the 21-year-old before the Champions League play-off against Malmö as the Dutchman Virgil van Dijk’s position at the club became clear. (Scottish Sun)
