KRIS COMMONS is struggling in the race to be fit in time to face Inter Milan on Thursday.

The Celtic star has been unable to train fully following being taken off against Dundee with a hamstring strain.

It’s looking increasingly likely that he’ll join fellow squad members Mikael Lustig and James Forrest in the stands for the first leg, though there is still hope that he make the bench.

However it is being reported that his best chance will be the return leg at the San Siro next week.
